• Identifying and agreeing on team core values and collective clarity of the meanings and implications.
• Clarifying team roles and processes, and establishing improved team processes.
Some examples of challenges I’ve helped team leaders overcome include:
• Reestablish team unity and integrate a significant number of new members after a re-organization.
• Support the new executive leader in creating a shared vision among a large new team.
• Identify work norms that impede a sense of unity in the team, and develop more productive modes of communication and inclusion.
• Work with an executive team leader to identify the causes of conflict between two senior executives and find the best path for creating a more productive team working environment.
