Beliefs:

  • Career and Leadership growth are personal growth.
  • The deepest personal development is intentional.
  • Lived intention requires consistent, committed practice.
  • The occasional discomfort of personal growth is rewarded with greater capacity to thrive as a leader and as a person.

My Approach to Coaching

The first step is a conversation to uncover the main aspects of career and leadership growth you want to develop.  If we choose to work together, I’ll create a proposal for a coaching engagement to support the development you are looking for.  In order to achieve sustainable results, a coaching engagement generally lasts 10-12 sessions with various check-ins over approximately 6 months, although it can be shorter if the topic is very specific.

The coaching engagement is specifically designed for you.  Each person is unique and has individual coaching needs.  

My Approach to Team Building and Facilitation

Once we have defined the goal of the team facilitation, I will create a plan in consultation with you that ensures the uniqueness of the situation and members. The desired outcomes are reflected in how the team building activities are structured. This will help maximize the impact of the time, attention and focus given by the team.
